The content of the website www.nikki.ro is fully the property of nikki.ro and is the apparatus of the Law for the protection of copyright and laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. The use without the consent of nikki.ro of any elements continued by this site is punishable according to the legislation in force.

The produced images available on this site are for presentation purposes and do not involve nikki.ro's responsibility.

Nikki.ro reserves the right to modify/update information presented on this site at any time, without notice, without these modifications/updates engaging information about the responsibility of nikki.ro.

PRIVACY
The personal data entered by each user will be used by nikki.ro exclusively for the stated purpose of this site, namely: for processing the ordered products. The recorded information will not be communicated or sold to any other recipient. You can request modification, update or deletion from the database at any time.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the Romanian Consumer Protection Law (Law 363/2007), the Electronic Commerce Law (Law 365/2002) and the Ordinance on Internet shopping (Ordinance 130/2000).

COMMAND
The order made by the buyer is an act with legal effects, provided that the order is confirmed and accepted by the seller.

The acceptance of the order is done by phone or by email by one of our operators and is finalized by sending the order through the courier service.

From the moment of acceptance of the order by the seller between the parties, a contract with legal effects and with the rights and obligations of both parties is concluded, as defined in the contract or in the general business conditions, which are an integral part of this contract.

COMMERCIAL ACT DEFINITIONS
Contract
It represents the purchase contract or other contract governed by the applicable law, in which the parties are the consumer on the one hand and the seller on the other.

Seller
A person who, in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions, concludes commercial documents or other documents of a commercial nature. It is a natural or legal person who, directly or through other natural or legal persons, delivers goods and/or services to the consumer.

Buyer
A person who, in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions, concludes documents that are not of a commercial nature. It is a natural or legal person who buys goods or services, for purposes other than commercial ones.

The buyer accepts the terms in which the contract is concluded at the time of sending the order, the order that generates legal effects of the final moment of the purchase contract.

The buyer undertakes to take note of these conditions, conditions which he is considered to have accepted from the moment of sending the order to the seller.

Renunciation of the contract can be done in accordance with the legal provisions for distance contracts.

Distributor
A person who, in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions, concludes acts of a commercial nature.

SHOPPING BASKET

Browsing the site, you can select the products you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart, click on the "Add to cart" button. The respective button is next to each product on the website and is visible if the product is in stock.

To change the number of products of the same kind, you can use the "+" and "-" buttons, respectively. To remove one or more products added to the cart, press "X" from the shopping cart summary.

PLACING ORDERS
It can be done in 2 ways:

1. Online (at any time)
- To order the products, you must have an account on www.nikki.ro. If you don't have an account, you can add products to the shopping cart, then when you want to order, create one by following a few simple steps.

You can create an account, click on the link "Authenticate", located in the upper-right part of the site.

Immediately after you have created your account, a confirmation message will be sent to your email address.

- After you have selected the products you want to buy, please fill in the billing data and indicate the delivery address (either the initial one, provided when creating the account, or another address of your choice). It is mandatory to fill in all fields marked with *.

- After following the steps described above, you can fill in the Comments/Observations section, or simply click on the "Complete Order" command to complete your order.

- You will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and the order confirmation related to this order. Please check the correctness of the order by carefully reading the respective e-mail.

If there is a mistake, you can cancel/modify the order from your account or by sending an email to admin@nikki.ro.

REMARKS

If you change your mind before pressing the "Complete Order" button, you can remove from your shopping cart the products you no longer want to buy or you can change the desired details related to delivery or payment method.

If you have already placed the order, you can make any changes or cancel the order, only if the products have not already been shipped to you, by writing to admin@nikki.ro or by calling +40730230102

2. By phone (0730 230 102)
Monday - Friday: between 10.00 - 17.00.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made at this moment only through the 2 methods stipulated below:

1. Cash payment on delivery (cash on delivery payment)
This payment method means that you will make the payment at the time of receiving the products, to the representative of the courier company that delivered the order.

It is the payment method preferred by most of our customers.

2. Payment by bank transfer
The bank transfer will be made according to the invoice received by mail, the original invoice being sent in the package.

The order will be processed after we receive the confirmation of the bank transfer or after we have the payment confirmation from our bank.

The data for the bank transfer will be sent to the buyer when the order is completed on the website.

ORDER PROCESSING
After sending the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation reply by e-mail.

Orders received before 15:00 are usually processed the same day or, in exceptional cases, the next working day.

By completing the order, the customer expressly declares that he agrees that a nikki.ro representative will contact him by any available means (e-mail / telephone) to confirm the Order.

The contract is considered concluded between the Customer and nikki.ro at the moment of receipt by the Customer from nikki.ro, via electronic mail, of the Order dispatch notification.
DELIVERY
Prices do not include delivery costs. These will be calculated separately, in the basket, depending on the total amount and the destination of the parcel (Bucharest or the rest of the country).

Note: These intervals refer only to the products in stock. If a product is not in our stock or that of the supplier, we will promptly inform you about the term in which it can be delivered. If a product is made to order, please also consider the terms of execution.

If the value of an order exceeds 300 lei (including VAT), delivery is free*. If the value of the order is below 300 lei (including VAT), we have the following delivery rates:

- in the country (including Ilfov) - 15 lei / delivery

- international 20 euros / delivery

The minimum amount required to register the order is 50 lei (including VAT).

*The value of the order is calculated not including the cost of transport.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER AND PRICES
All prices on this website include VAT and are final. The prices are those from the date of ordering the products, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

RETURN POLICY
According to the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the individual consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that are borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The termination of the contract can only be done by written notification to SC SIMANDA SRL, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products. The only condition is that the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you (it must have the original packaging and the documents that accompanied it).

The customer must provide us with a bank account in which the value of the products is returned. Within a maximum of 60 days from the date of return, we will return the value of the order to your account.

They will NOT be accepted for return (the list is not exhaustive):

a) Products damaged by the buyer;

b) Products made to order / customized according to the customer's specifications;

If it is found that the returned Products fall under any of the conditions mentioned above, their value will not be paid, and the package will be re-sent to the Buyer, who will bear the re-sending costs.

If the returned product shows signs of wear, wear, use, scratches, bumps, shocks, accessories or missing documentation, the Seller reserves the right to decide either:

a) refusal of the package;

b) accepting the return and stopping an amount from its value, the amount that will be communicated after the assessment of the damages caused. The return charges will be borne by the Buyer. Transport and insurance costs will not be refunded, which will be deducted from the return amount. You cannot return a product that has defects caused by you. We make sure that the products on www.nikki.ro reach you in the best conditions.

The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made. The returned goods will be mandatorily insured during the transport at the expense of the Buyer.

If by mistake you were sent a different product than the one you ordered, you can return it. The seller will bear all the transport costs and we will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package. If the respective product is no longer in stock, you will be fully refunded or you will have the opportunity to select other products from our website within the limit of the amount already paid to us.

To be able to return a product, you must write to us at the address Iasi, Str. Izvor, no. 2, et. 4, Ap18, – Romania or an email to admin@nikki.ro.

Send the package with the product and the documents in the received package to the address that will be communicated by our operators. Transport charges, in this case, will be borne by the Buyer (as stipulated above). The returned goods will be mandatorily insured during the transport at the expense of the Buyer.

Withdrawal from the Contract implies the partial or total termination of the Contract, proportional to the quantity of Products that the Buyer no longer wishes to purchase. The withdrawal period expires within 14 days calculated starting with the day of delivery of the Products. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
